Conference Room Reservation Policies

  1. Reserve only times you need & will use.
  2. Please arrive for your reservation by your time reserved.
  3. Reservations are held for a maximum of 15 minutes.
  4. During normal business hours*, single reservations longer than 3 hours* must be approved by the landlord.
  5. During weekends, single reservations longer than 6 hours** must be approved by the landlord.
  6. Please refrain from consecutive daily reservations which block use to our other tenants.**
  7. Please remove your trash & items from the room when finished.
  8. If your use fills the trash can, please empty it in the dumpster behind the building.
  9. Excessive trash, litter & mess is the responsibility of the reservation holder to remove.
  10. Please operate your businesses within your office space. Conference room space is for closed meetings only and should not be used as an extension of your office space.
  11. Food and drink is permitted. It is your responsibility to clean all spills & stains resulting from use.
  12. Events where food is served must be reserved 5 days in advance & noted that food will be present in your reservation comments.
  13. It is your responsibility to maintain order & reasonable conduct while using these facilities.
  14. Remember to calculate your set-up & clean up times in your reservation.
  15. The Conference Room holds up to 30 people (Maximum 16 if board room style).
  16. Please leave door open when not in use so others will know it is available.
  17. Make the facility available for other tenants by deleting unneeded / cancelled reservations.
  18. Only you are able to delete your conference room reservations!*
  19. Make your reservations online.
  20. Reservations are restricted to 10 hours per week for each tenant. If you need more, you will need written permission from BSSM Properties.
  21. By using and / or reserving the conference room, you are agreeing to these terms.
*Business hours are Monday – Friday, 8am - 6pm. Reservations can be deleted by the building owner / landlord in response to eviction or determining overuse. At any time a reservation is deleted by the building owner, you will receive a written notice and / or eviction before the deletion.
**Including consecutive blocks of shorter reservations the daily limit hours where openings of 2 hour blocks are NOT available for others to use.
